Sustainability: Fulfilling High-End Brand Commitment with Responsibility

1. Sustainable Raw Materials: Safeguarding Forest Resources

● Adhering to "Responsible Procurement": Cooperating only with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure wood comes from sustainably managed forests, with FSC-certified wood accounting for over 90% of annual procurement;

● Promoting Circular Utilization: Developing "recycled wood regeneration technology" to recycle construction waste and old flooring into new flooring substrates. In 2024, this technology reduced wood felling by approximately 5,000 cubic meters.

2. Low-Carbon Production Process: Reducing Environmental Footprint

● Energy-Saving Transformation: All factories adopt LED energy-saving lighting, and production line equipment is updated to first-class energy efficiency equipment. In 2024, production energy consumption decreased by 25% compared with 2020;

● Carbon Emission Reduction Target: Committed to achieving carbon neutrality in the production process by 2030. Currently, solar power generation systems have been installed in factories in Germany and China, with annual power generation meeting 30% of the factories' electricity demand;

● Waste Management: The recovery rate of production waste reaches 95%, among which wood chips are made into biomass fuel, and leftover materials are processed into small household accessories (such as coasters, decorative ornaments) to achieve the "zero waste" goal.

3. Social Responsibility: Conveying Brand Warmth

● Public Welfare Activities: Organizing employees to participate in "afforestation" activities annually (planting over 10,000 Haloxylon ammodendron in the deserts of Inner Mongolia in 2024), and donating environmentally friendly flooring to schools in poor areas to improve teaching environments;

● Employee Care: Purchasing supplementary medical insurance for employees, establishing a "sports and health fund" (employees can apply for fee subsidies when participating in marathons and triathlons), and regularly organizing health check-ups and psychological counseling;

● Community Integration: Conducting "flooring maintenance knowledge lectures" in communities around factories, and providing free home flooring maintenance services for elderly residents in communities to strengthen connections with local communities.
