Quality Control: Strict Full-Cycle Testing to Safeguard High-End Quality Bottom Line

1. Raw Material Inspection: Controlling Quality from the Source

● Supplier Selection: Cooperating only with wood suppliers certified by FSC (Forest Stewardship Council), and each batch of raw materials must provide an "origin traceability report";

● Incoming Inspection Items:

● Wood Moisture Content Testing: Using German temperature and humidity detectors to ensure wood moisture content is controlled between 8% and 12% (adapted to different climate zones worldwide);

● Substrate Environmental Testing: Sampling each batch of substrates and sending them to third-party laboratories to test formaldehyde and heavy metal content, with 100% return of unqualified raw materials;

● Appearance Screening: Dual screening by manual and machine to eliminate raw materials with insect infestation, cracks, and excessive color difference.

2. In-Production Quality Control

● Full-Cycle Monitoring: 12 quality inspection nodes are set up in the automated production line, such as substrate pressing temperature monitoring and surface coating thickness testing. Each node is equipped with high-definition cameras and sensors, and data is uploaded to the digital management platform in real time;

● Abnormal Handling Mechanism: Once unqualified products are detected, the production line stops automatically, and the technical team can only restart production after analyzing the causes and formulating improvement plans.

3. Finished Product Testing: Beyond-Standard Acceptance

● Routine Testing Items: Wear resistance (AC class testing), impact resistance (falling ball impact testing), stain resistance (chemical reagent immersion testing), and dimensional stability (high-low temperature cycle testing);

● Special Testing Items: Customized testing added according to different market needs, such as flooring exported to the Middle East market needing to pass the "high-temperature and high-humidity aging test" (simulating desert climate), and flooring exported to North America needing to pass the "fire resistance class test" (complying with the US UL94 standard);

● Third-Party Certification: Randomly sampling finished products and sending them to international third-party institutions such as SGS and Intertek for testing every quarter to ensure objective and fair test results.
